Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Wellfounded Group, we strive to provide valuable and impactful training programs. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to ensure our policy is fair while protecting the integrity of our services.
1. Online Training Programs (Self-Paced)
Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase, provided that no course materials have been accessed. Once any part of the course content is accessed, no refund will be provided.
Cancellations: You may cancel your purchase within 14 days for a full refund, as long as no materials have been accessed. Upon cancellation, access to all program materials will be revoked.
2. Live Online Trainings
Cancellations: You may cancel your booking for a live online training or Q&A session up to 7 days before the event for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session.
Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend a live session without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided. However, at our discretion, we may offer you the option to attend a future session if available.
3. Subscription-Based Products
If you have subscribed to any ongoing coaching or training services, please refer to your contract for our cancellation and refund policy regarding these services.
4. Global Availability & Currency
Our services are available worldwide, and all transactions are processed in GBP. Please note that any international transaction fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancel Your Purchase

6. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
